Funded programs and services, through grants from the Brain Injury Alliance, include some of the most innovative in all of North America, such as the pilot Correctional Acquired Brain Injury Education (CABIE) program currently being provided by the Prince George Brain Injured Group.

Other important programs that are changing lives include the pet and art programs provided in Kamloops; the photography program in the Fraser Valley, and the garden project in Powell River. Homeless brain injured persons are now being helped to find housing and receive necessary life skills training.

Best of all, people are receiving the help that they need to return to work, and they couldn’t be more thrilled, or more proud, to once again be able to contribute to the provincial economy.
